 This PCB has option to add 2 more bands by your choice ,taken from Ian Fritz 

Electronotes published filter bank ,so you'd need schematics for that to add aditional 2 bands

 ,it will work without that addition .

This is verified working layout.

i always wondered how come no one moded 194 to make it 6 bands ,so i added 2 more bands from ian fritz's filter bank from electronotes ,as it's also transistor based , in the end i added 1 stage from 106 mixer to have panel controls for the mini filter bank

Buchla 194 fixed bandpass filter according this this schematic , PCB layout is not tested yet

Xfade Dual Crossfader based on Buchla circuit , PNP layout is in 300dpi  , more about the circuit here : http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-17019.html matched transistors are BCM847 (edit: this is a working circuit ,however you need to add 68K or similar at the audio inputs to fix the gain problem)
